There are a lot of great options to choose from as you start planning your Portuguese course!

E vamos lançar um livro em breve (abril) sobre as culturas lusófonas. Vai ser do estilo “reader” e de nivel intermediario/avancado. I think this one could be great for your students! I’m almost done with a special “preview” brochure (24 pages) about the book, and I will send you one if you like, what is your address?

For textbooks, I’d suggest a comprehensive textbook like Falar, Ler, Escrever Portugues Livro do Aluno or Novo Avenida Brasil 1 + CD or maybe Passagens – Portugues do Brasil para Estrangeiros Livro Texto (this one is much cheaper)

and for Grammar books, some good ones are: Passagens – Portugues do Brasil para Estrangeiros Livro Texto (in Portuguese & English) and Portugues Descomplicado.

Add a nice Machado de Assis reader too, if your class is intermediate/advanced enough: Get Missa do Galo e Outros Contos, Vol. 1. Available today, in stock!!
