This is a great book for beginning Portuguese classes. Falar Ler Escrever also has CDs to accompany both the textbook and the exercise book. I think
the textbook is much more helpful if you have the audio CDs.

I teach Brazilian Portuguese and use this book as well as FALA BRASIL.
Fala Brasil is also excellent, though it is not as extensive as Falar, Ler, Escrever--I think there should be more reading exercises included in Fala
Brasl. Overall, Falar Ler Escrever is a great tool for reviewing classroom material. I recommend it!
